VP of Business Development and Marketing
  • Leads TMAC’s BD efforts to build strong collaborative partnerships with clients, ensuring each one receives the innovative solutions and customized service TMAC is known for

Kyle Kennedy
VP, Customer Strategy
  • Responsible for all things client services and oversees the TMAC Program Directors

  • 30-year veteran of the pharmaceutical industry, having held prior positions from MSL to EVP of Medical affairs and sales leadership experience; currently serves as a board member for The University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy Professional Development Division

Jennifer King
Senior Human Resources Business Partner
  • Responsible for the strategy, leadership, and oversight of human resources and talent acquisition functions at TMAC
  • Brings a “can do” attitude to integrating our teams and employees with our client’s policies and culture; plays a pivotal role in onboarding and offboarding our teams successfully

  • Native New Yorker and has lived in Georgia with her husband and daughters since 2004. In addition to being soccer mom extraordinaire, Jen loves to travel and hit the beach in her downtime, and you may sometimes find her on the weekends serving NY style pizza at her family-owned restaurant.
Norm Enriquez, PharmD
Senior Director, TMAC Advisors
  • Leads TMAC Advisors, the consulting service of TMAC
  • Brings a keen eye for detail to our clients as the principal strategist, designer of tactical execution plans, mentor and leader to a team of over a dozen junior consultants and subject matter experts

Rich Murphy, PharmD
Director, Medical Information Call Center (MICC)
  • Responsible for overseeing TMAC’s team of pharmacists, nurses, and support personnel that handle drug information requests, intake of adverse events and product complaints for clients
  • Joined TMAC to head up the MICC department in 2008 and brings a history of clinical expertise and business acumen enabling him to understand and fulfill clients’ needs
  • 30 + years’ experience in a variety of settings including clinical and community pharmacy and as an MSL and MSL Program Director in the pharmaceutical industry
  • BS degree in Pharmacy from Long Island University, Schwartz College of Pharmacy; PharmD from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy
  • Avid traveler and enjoys dancing, scuba diving and spending time spoiling his grandchildren
Egwu Okogeri
Director of Finance and Operations
  • Leads TMAC’s finance and accounting teams and implements financial plans; supports project management and is responsible for contract pricing and execution
  • Works tirelessly to implement TMAC’s projects in ways that complement the financial and business concerns of clients tailored to their specific requirements
  • 20+ years financial management experience in private and public corporations across multiple industries, including healthcare, marketing and retail
  • BS degree in Finance/Accounting from Montclair State University; Master’s degree in finance from Pace University
  • Enjoys traveling with his son and is inspired by seeing the world through his eyes. Loves to drive, and his Zen moment is behind the wheel of a race car at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. He is passionate about financial literacy, especially at the elementary school level
Michael Pietrack
VP, TMAC Direct
  • Heads TMAC’s direct hire recruiting service and oversees in-house specialty recruiters who passionately serve the life sciences industry
  • Works tirelessly to build TMAC Direct into the preferred one-stop recruiting partnership for clients who are building their teams internally
  • Direct hire recruiting experience in Medical Affairs since 2008
  • BA degree in English/Theatre from Colorado Mesa University; Master’s degree in Curriculum/Instruction from New Mexico State University
  • Devoted husband and “Daddy” to 3 lovely girls. He is a sports analogy guru and former college baseball coach; some of his players made it to the big leagues before he turned his career toward recruiting

Denise Agee, RPh
Senior Director, Field Based Medical Programs
  • Responsible for leading TMAC’s field program directors and developing and implementing field medical programs with demonstrated expertise in medical device and clinical trial support teams
  • Began her career as an MSL in big pharma in 2001 after extensive experience in hospital and retail pharmacy, as well as the managed care sector. She quickly moved into a managerial role and in 2007 joined TMAC as one of the first employees
  • Graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy and completed didactic training for her doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Colorado
  • Has 4 sons and lives in the Dallas metro area. Devoted to physical and mental fitness and engages consistently in a combination of exercise, weight training and yoga. Denise is an avid sports fan of football, baseball and all things Texas Longhorns. Hook ‘em!
Mary Blangiardo
Director, Field Based Medical Programs
  • Responsible for the management of MSL teams in numerous therapeutic areas including women’s health, neuroscience, immunology, and oncology supportive care
  • Partners with clients to develop and execute strategic vision and tactical implementation for MSL programs
  • 20+ years of medical affairs leadership experience with roles supporting both US and global initiatives. Mary has built, trained and led MSL teams since 2001, supporting eight product launches and multiple line-extensions; joined TMAC in 2014
  • BA from City University of New York/Queens College
  • Trained crisis counselor and in her spare time enjoys the ocean, pencil drawing and dancing
Tammy Hamilton
Senior Manager, Business Development & Marketing
  • Works with prospective and current clients to develop solutions in any of TMAC’s core service areas
  • Responsible for overall marketing and promotional initiatives, including sponsorships and participation in industry events
  • 20+ years’ experience in healthcare, including public health, pharmaceutical and device marketing, clinical trial patient recruitment and retention, and medical affairs
  • BA degree in Journalism/Marketing & Public Relations from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!)
  • As a proud Mom of a son and daughter and recent empty nester, enjoys Orange Theory Fitness, biking, kayaking, boating and spending time with her husband and friends at the lake or the beach
Laura Luchetti, PhD
Director, Field Based Medical Programs
  • Director of MSL Programs supporting numerous therapeutic areas nationally and internationally, including oncology, gastroenterology, cardiovascular, neurology, psychiatry, infectious disease, rheumatology, endocrinology and metabolic disease
  • 30 years’ experience in biomedical education, training, research, consulting, and medical affairs
  • Extensive experience in industry and academia as a clinical and pre-clinical researcher; published author in endocrinology, immunology and infectious disease
  • BS degree in biology; Master’s degree in biotechnology (Molecular Genetics); PhD in Biomedical Sciences (Microbiology and Immunology, Cellular and Molecular Pathogenesis)
  • Values leisure time in the company of her children. She is passionate about cooking, music and enjoys entertaining family and friends
Marya Margolis, PharmD, MPH
Director, Field Based Medical Programs
  • Responsible for training, mentoring and managing several MSL teams in multiple therapeutic areas including cardiology, renal, oncology, rheumatology, neuroscience, opiate abuse, gastroenterology, infectious disease, vaccines, and women’s health
  • Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience providing strategic consulting and operational leadership in medical affairs functions for TMAC’s customers
  • BS degree in pharmacy; Master’s degree in public health from University of Illinois, Chicago; PharmD from Shenandoah University
  • Currently resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia, where she likes to read, garden, cook, and go on adventures with her grandchildren in her spare time
Sonya Martin, PharmD, MBA
Director, Corporate Strategy
  • Develops and launches strategic initiatives in line with TMAC’s growth plan while deftly navigating the company through constant change in the industry; embodies the entrepreneurial spirit TMAC was founded on
  • Extensive experience within TMAC having been a contract MSL, a direct-hire placed candidate, and then spending 5 years as a TMAC Field Director
  • BS degree in microbiology from the University of Florida (Go Gators!); MBA and PharmD from Mercer University; Post-Doc Fellowship from Rutgers Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowship Program in conjunction with Johnson & Johnson

Jason Montegna, PharmD
Manager, Medical Information
  • Manages a team of pharmacists and nurses providing medical information and drug safety intake as well as project management for TMAC’s clients
  • Began his career in medical information in 2010 as a Medical Information Specialist and has provided support in medical writing including SOP, SRL and FAQ creation
  • BA degree in Chemistry ACS Certification from Central College; Master’s degree from The Institute of Paper Science and Technology; PharmD from Mercer University
  • Enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, occasionally playing in sports leagues, spending time with his family at museums, the zoo and the many fall and spring outdoor activities that are available in the Southeast
Susie Newton, RN, MS, AOCN, AOCNS
Senior Director, Field Based Medical Programs
  • Responsible for coaching field teams to success on behalf of TMAC’s clients; leads the clinical educator strategy for TMAC
  • Recently completed a 3-year term as Director-at-Large for the national Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) and served on the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation board of directors; appointed to the National Leadership Development Committee for ONS
  • Susie has authored more than 100 professional articles, book chapters, and has published her sixth nursing textbook titled “Telephone Triage for Oncology Nurses, 3rd ed.” She is an internationally known speaker and thought leader within the nursing community
  • BS degree in Nursing from Wright State University; Master’s degree in Oncology Nursing from the University of South Florida; Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse and Advanced Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist
  • Loves spending time with her 3 very busy boys and traveling as much as she can
Nikki Peterson
Director, Talent Engagement
  • Nikki helped build TMAC’s Recruiting Department and now leads the Talent Engagement function. She is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment branding to engage candidates and foster company awareness
  • In addition to her operational responsibilities, Nikki also has the privilege of supervising and collaborating with TMAC’s team of talented recruiters and wears a recruiter hat herself when needed. If asked “what does your team do?” her reply is always: “influence careers and help companies build outstanding teams!”
  • Nikki joined TMAC as one of its first employees after a successful career in luxury-goods sales and has worked in medical affairs for over 15 years. Experience includes administration, call-center support, specialized recruitment, and management
  • Aside from recruiting, Nikki is passionate about animal rescue, specifically shelter dogs, entertaining friends, and spending time outdoors lakeside
Connie Tibbie
Manager, Medical Information Call Center (MICC)
  • Manages the day to day operations of TMAC’s MICC team
  • Continues to be an integral part of growing the TMAC brand, propelling MICC customers into the future with great success
  • Has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years focusing on patient care programs, wholesale distribution/supply chain and customer service
  • BS degree in Agribusiness from Illinois State University
  • Outside of work, her hands are dirty all the time since working on the farm and riding her horse keeps her busy.  Connie loves any outdoor activities; especially hiking, kayaking and sightseeing.  Loves to travel and as the saying goes, “if traveling was free, you’d never see her again!”
Leslie Vollenweider, PharmD
Director, Field Based Medical Programs
  • Responsible for working with clients to provide oversight and ensure the success of MSL teams
  • Collaboratively identifies the goals and objectives of each program and designs, implements and executes the program strategy necessary for goal achievement
  • 20+ years in MSL and MSL management across small and large companies in various therapeutic areas; prior to that, extensive experience as a community and hospital pharmacist
  • BS degree in Biology from the University of North Georgia; BS degree in Pharmacy from the University of Georgia; PharmD from the University of Georgia
  • Enjoys biking, kayaking and snow skiing in her adopted state of Idaho
Karen Woolf, RN, ANP-C
Director, Field Based Medical Programs
  • Responsible for leading medical teams in the field and providing the tools, training and coaching required to meet the client’s program goals
  • Has been in the medical field for over 30 years in clinical, industry and management roles; the last 18 years in the pharmaceutical industry managing teams of nurse educators, MSLs and CTEs
  • Master’s in Nursing/Adult Nurse Practitioner Degree from Arizona State University; Board-certified NP with AANN
  • Enjoys the beach, kayaking, hiking, meditation studies and spending time with her grandkids. Karen is a member of the nonprofit organization, Island Women, and volunteers in her free time with the Pleasure Island Sea Turtle Rescue team and serves meals at Martha’s Kitchen
