Recruiting Operations Specialist
  • Joined TMAC in 2022 as an Associate Recruiter for Direct Hire clients, where she focuses on the permanent placement of Medical Affairs Professionals
  • She credits her success to her dedication to helping candidates succeed, utilizing her strengths in customer service and excellent communication skills
  • Before joining TMAC as a recruiter, Katelyn enjoyed 6+ years of a successful career as a multiple award-winning sales representative, as well as industry experience in medical information
  • In her spare time she can be found on any sideline cheering on her two children who play various sports, traveling and exploring new places, or curled up with a good book
Wendy Copley
Director, Recruitment
  • Joined TMAC in 2013 and currently serves a dual role of recruiter for contract field based medical affairs programs and recruiting management
  • Driven by helping both candidates and companies succeed by connecting top talent to our innovative clients
  • 25+ years recruiting experience including pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostic industries, specializing in medical affairs
  • She enjoys spending time with her husband, live music (including her husband’s band) and photography, which is her artistic passion and outlet
Jessica Davenport
Senior Recruiter
  • Joined TMAC in 2015 as a recruiter, where she focuses on placing Medical Science Liaisons as well as other medical affairs roles nationally and internationally
  • Passionate about helping people and views her role as a professional match maker; loves building relationships with candidates and helping them manage the rollercoaster of making a job change
  • Over 10 years recruiting and staffing, with the past 7 years dedicated to medical affairs; prior to recruiting, Jessica worked in medical credentialing and administration
  • Can be found supporting sports of every kind (did someone say super-fan?), going on adventures with friends, and being an amazing “cat mamma”

  • Joined TMAC in 2008 and currently serves in a dual role as Corporate Recruiter and Senior Recruiting Operations Specialist
  • Her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates have been instrumental to her success
  • 20+ years in the pharmaceutical arena with recruiting, benefits and corporate relocation experience
  • In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts, playing volleyball, dancing and spending precious moments with her family and friends
Brenden Slotter
Associate Director, Business Development & Recruitment
  • Joined TMAC in 2015 as a recruiter for direct hire clients; point person for new and existing client development in the staffing of MSLs, Medical Directors, and Vice Presidents in both Medical Affairs and Clinical Development
  • His success is accredited to his work ethic and openness to listening and learning. His philosophy is to treat people with respect, learn something new every day, and be willing to help others
  • Before joining TMAC, Brenden was a recruiter in administrative staffing for a large international firm and worked for several years in business management.  He holds a degree in business administration and played basketball in college.
  •  He enjoys spending his free time with his family and managing their in-home petting zoo.
Denise Wilson
Senior Recruiter
  • Joined TMAC in 2015 as a recruiter for contract field-based medical affairs programs focused on placing Medical Science Liaisons, Clinical Trial Liaisons and Nurse Educators in both the US and globally
  • She credits her success to determination, dedication and organization, and enjoys getting to know her MSL candidates and building relationships with them
  • 18 years recruiting, staffing and office administration experience, with the past 8 years specialized in medical affairs
  • In her spare time, enjoys Burn Boot Camp classes, loves traveling (especially sailing in the BVIs)  and exploring new places, spending time with family and friends (including her young daughter who keeps her very busy!) and supporting college football (Go Dawgs!)
