A newly formed (via acquisition) biopharmaceutical company launching its first-to-market biological product needed to establish awareness of itself, its commitment to the disease areas it supported and, critically, increase enrollment in key registration trials, all while working within an organization that had limited resources.
The client outsourced ten Clinical Trial Liaisons (CTLs) deployed to provide specific site support clinical activities including but not limited to: reviewing protocols, fostering relationships with PIs and site staff, uncovering barriers to trial enrollment, identifying new potential sites and referring appropriate patients into the site.
Trials were completely enrolled two months earlier than anticipated, enabling the client to compile date and prepare an NDA submission package. Sixteen new sites were identified as well as more than 25 KOLs for continued thought leader development.
