The MSL Academy™: Rigorous and Real-world Training
To ensure clients of The Medical Affairs Company (TMAC) are served by "best in class" MSL teams prepared to make an impact, all TMAC recruited MSLs are required to complete the MSL Academy™, a rigorous and real-world training program offered exclusively by TMAC to new as well as experienced MSLs.
At the core of the MSL Academy™ is a specialized curriculum focused on the MSL role within the broader pharmaceutical industry and skills necessary for an MSL to be successful. The MSL Academy™ also covers essential subjects pertinent to establishing an MSL's scientific proficiency and credibility. An important and distinguishing feature of the MSL Academy™ is a "hands-on" live interactive session devoted to interpersonal and communication skills.
The faculty for the MSL Academy™ is comprised of a diverse group of professionals intimately knowledgeable about the MSL role and includes representatives of the pharmaceutical industry, MSL consultants, legal consultants, Medical Directors and experienced MSLs with proven success. Upon successful completion of the course and evaluation, each graduate of the MSL Academy™ is issued a Certificate of Achievement.
