Leadership Team
Denise Agee, RPh
Senior Director, Field Based Medical Programs
  • Responsible for leading TMAC’s field program directors and developing and implementing field medical programs with demonstrated expertise in medical device and clinical trial support teams
  • Began her career as an MSL in big pharma in 2001 after extensive experience in hospital and retail pharmacy, as well as the managed care sector. She quickly moved into a managerial role and in 2007 joined TMAC as one of the first employees
  • Graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy and completed didactic training for her doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Colorado
  • Has 4 sons and lives in the Dallas metro area. Devoted to physical and mental fitness and engages consistently in a combination of exercise, weight training and yoga. Denise is an avid sports fan of football, baseball and all things Texas Longhorns. Hook ‘em!
Angelique Allamando
Director, Field Based Medical Programs
  • Responsible for management and oversight of Field Based Medical teams such as Medical Science Liaisons or Clinical Research Medical Advisors in EMEA and APAC
  • 25+ years in pre-clinical and clinical research both in academia and industry; managed projects in pulmonology, cardiology, ophthalmology, endocrinology and oncology
  • In 2017, she transitioned to Medical Affairs and became TMAC’s first employee outside the US
  • Master’s Degree in Biology, PhD in Biomedical Science, graduated with Honor from the Lille’s University of Pharmacy (France)
  • Angelique enjoys entertaining family and friends; is passionate about animals and animal welfare, and is a trained pet’s psychologist
Mary Blangiardo
Senior Director, Field Based Medical Programs
  • Responsible for the management of MSL teams in numerous therapeutic areas including women’s health, neuroscience, immunology, and oncology supportive care
  • Partners with clients to develop and execute strategic vision and tactical implementation for MSL programs
  • 20+ years of medical affairs leadership experience with roles supporting both US and global initiatives. Mary has built, trained and led MSL teams since 2001, supporting eight product launches and multiple line-extensions; joined TMAC in 2014
  • BA from City University of New York/Queens College
  • Trained crisis counselor and in her spare time Mary enjoys the ocean, pencil drawing, and dancing
Wendy Copley, CSP
Director, Recruitment
  • Leads a team of recruiters for TMAC’s outsourced and contract recruiting services
  • Focused on providing exceptional service to professionals looking for new opportunities and creating a “we’re in this together” partnership with clients
  • 20+ years recruiting and management experience with 10 years dedicated to field-based medical affairs and clinical operations
  • Outside of recruiting, Wendy enjoys going to concerts with her musician husband, traveling, walking, spending time at the beach, and is a professional photographer in her spare time.
Laia Cubells, PhD MBA
Director, Europe Field Based Medical Programs
  • Responsible for working with clients and building high-performing medical teams outside the US; excellent working knowledge of the healthcare landscape in European markets
  • Laia’s scientific knowledge and business acumen combine to provide keen insights into knowledge delivery and strategic planning initiatives; confident articulating both tactical and clinical information to diverse audiences at all levels
  • 15+ year track record of demonstrating visionary leadership by serving as, building, and leading MSLs and diverse medical teams’ functions across small and large companies in various therapeutic areas (i.e., oncology/rare diseases)
  • BS degree in Biomedicine from the University of Barcelona; PhD degree in Oncology from the University of Barcelona; MBA from the School of Management UPF

David Hahn
Worldwide Head
  • Oversees an unequaled management team creating the vision, developing the strategy, and ensuring exceptional delivery for TMAC’s customers
  • Passionate steward of TMAC’s culture and entrepreneurial spirit

  • 20+ years executive management and operational experience in life sciences services industry including medical affairs, medical education, technology services, advertising, sales, and consulting

  • As a dedicated husband and father, David spends time outside the office keeping up with his 2 sons, reading science fiction and being an advocate for the special needs community
Tammy Hamilton
Director, Business Development & Marketing
  • Works with prospective and current clients to develop solutions and ensure optimal client service; primarily focused on Medical Information Contact Center services
  • Responsible for overall marketing and promotional initiatives, including sponsorships and participation in industry events
  • 20+ years’ experience in healthcare, including public health, pharmaceutical and device marketing, clinical trial patient recruitment and retention, and medical affairs
  • BA degree in Journalism/Marketing & Public Relations from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!)
  •  Loves being a new “GiGi” to her 2 grandsons; Tammy enjoys running, biking, kayaking and spending time with family and friends on her lake houseboat, or at the beach
Kyle Kennedy
VP, Customer Strategy
  • Responsible for all things client services and oversees the TMAC Program Directors
  • Engages our clients and directors to meet their needs, bringing a proven track record of success building and managing field-based teams
  • One of the founders of TMAC
  • 30-year veteran of the pharmaceutical industry, having held prior positions from MSL to EVP of Medical affairs and sales leadership experience; currently serves as a board member for The University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy Professional Development Division
  • BA degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
  • Kyle is a fierce supporter of the University of Wisconsin-Madison football and basketball teams, serving as a basketball booster and superfan
Jennifer King
Senior Human Resources Business Partner
  • Responsible for the strategy, leadership, and oversight of human resources and talent acquisition functions at TMAC
  • Brings a “can do” attitude to integrating our teams and employees with our client’s policies and culture; plays a pivotal role in onboarding and offboarding our teams successfully
  • One of the founders of TMAC
  • 20+ years’ experience in human resources and management within the healthcare communications sector
  • BS degree in Marketing/Business Administration from Fordham University
  • Native New Yorker and has lived in Georgia with her husband and daughters since 2004. In addition to being soccer mom extraordinaire, Jen loves to travel and hit the beach in her downtime, and you may sometimes find her on the weekends serving NY style pizza at her family-owned restaurant
Laura Luchetti, PhD
Director, Field Based Medical Programs
  • Director of MSL Programs supporting numerous therapeutic areas nationally and internationally, including oncology, gastroenterology, cardiovascular, neurology, psychiatry, infectious disease, rheumatology, endocrinology and metabolic disease
  • 30 years’ experience in biomedical education, training, research, consulting, and medical affairs
  • Extensive experience in industry and academia as a clinical and pre-clinical researcher; published author in endocrinology, immunology and infectious disease
  • BS degree in biology; Master’s degree in biotechnology (Molecular Genetics); PhD in Biomedical Sciences (Microbiology and Immunology, Cellular and Molecular Pathogenesis)
  • Laura values leisure time in the company of her children. She is passionate about cooking, music and enjoys entertaining family and friends
Beth McClure, PharmD
Manager, Field Based Medical Programs
  • Responsible for the management and oversight of key outsourced Field-based Medical Programs and professionals including Medical Science Liaisons, Clinical Trial Liaisons, and Nurse Educator Teams in the US
  • Beth’s background includes project management, where she served as a liaison between pharmaceutical manufacturers and managed care organizations and provided leadership and oversight of a nationwide team of pharmacists and nurses
  • 10+ years of experience as a Long-term Care Nurse Educator and a Long-term Care Consultant Pharmacist providing disease state education, medication information, and drug utilization review
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University School of Pharmacy
  • Beth is an avid baseball lover (Go Braves!) and football fan and enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and 2 dogs
Susie Maloney, RN, MS, AOCN, AOCNS
Senior Director, Field Based Medical Programs
  • Responsible for coaching field teams to success on behalf of TMAC’s clients; leads the clinical educator strategy for TMAC
  • Recently completed a 3-year term as Director-at-Large for the national Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) and served on the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation board of directors; appointed to the National Leadership Development Committee for ONS
  • Susie has authored more than 100 professional articles, book chapters, and has published her sixth nursing textbook titled “Telephone Triage for Oncology Nurses, 3rd ed.” She is an internationally known speaker and thought leader within the nursing community
  • BS degree in Nursing from Wright State University; Master’s degree in Oncology Nursing from the University of South Florida; Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse and Advanced Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist
  • Susie loves spending time with her 3 very busy boys and traveling as much as she can
Jason Montegna, PharmD
Director, Medical Information
  • Responsible for overall operations and management of the Medical Information Contact Center (MICC)
  • Manages a team of pharmacists and nurses providing medical information and drug safety intake
  • Began his career in medical information in 2010 as a Medical Information Specialist and has provided support in medical writing including SOP, SRL and FAQ creation
  • BA degree in Chemistry ACS Certification from Central College; Master’s degree from The Institute of Paper Science and Technology; PharmD from Mercer University
  • Jason enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, occasionally playing in sports leagues, spending time with his family at museums, the zoo and the many fall and spring outdoor activities that are available in the Southeast
Egwu Okogeri
Director of Finance and Operations
  • Leads TMAC’s finance and accounting teams and implements financial plans; supports project management and is responsible for contract pricing and execution
  • Works tirelessly to implement TMAC’s projects in ways that complement the financial and business concerns of clients tailored to their specific requirements
  • 20+ years financial management experience in private and public corporations across multiple industries, including healthcare, marketing and retail
  • BS degree in Finance/Accounting from Montclair State University; Master’s degree in finance from Pace University
  • Egwu enjoys traveling with his son and is inspired by seeing the world through his eyes. Loves to drive, and his Zen moment is behind the wheel of a race car at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. He is passionate about financial literacy, especially at the elementary school level
Nikki Peterson
Director, Marketing & Talent Engagement
  • Responsible for TMAC’s overall marketing and talent engagement functions
  • Oversees TMAC’s social media presence and creates/manages promotions targeted to both clients and candidates
  • Nikki joined TMAC as one of its first employees after a successful career in luxury-goods sales and has worked in medical affairs for over 15 years. Experience includes administration, call-center support, specialized recruitment, and management
  • Aside from recruiting, Nikki is passionate about animal rescue, specifically shelter dogs, entertaining friends, and spending time outdoors lakeside
Beth Price
VP of Business Development and Marketing
  • Leads TMAC’s BD efforts to build strong collaborative partnerships with clients, ensuring each one receives the innovative solutions and customized service TMAC is known for
  • One of the founders of TMAC
  • 30+ years’ experience in life sciences services industry, including healthcare advertising agencies and medical affairs
  • Recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Georgia for 2022
  • BA degree in Communications/Advertising from Arizona State University
  • Beth is an avid runner (and NYC Marathon finisher and Boston qualifier) and loves to exercise, ski, hike, travel, watch her kids play soccer and spend time with her family, friends and her super cute dog and cat
Norette Pugh
Manager, Medical Information Contact Center (MICC)
  • Manages the day to day operations of TMAC’s MICC team
  • Highly experienced in responding to inquiries and managing a team providing technical training and customer service on behalf of clients.
  • Continues to be an integral part of growing the TMAC brand, propelling MICC customers into the future with great success.
  • Has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 20 years focusing on patient care programs, wholesale distribution/supply chain and customer service.
  • Outside of work, she’s a design enthusiast who spends hours watching design shows and making jewelry.
Brenden Slotter
Associate Director, Business Development & Recruitment
  • Joined TMAC in 2015 as a recruiter for direct hire clients; point person for new and existing client development in the staffing of MSLs, Medical Directors, and Vice Presidents in both Medical Affairs and Clinical Development
  • His success is accredited to his work ethic and openness to listening and learning. His philosophy is to treat people with respect, learn something new every day, and be willing to help others
  • Before joining TMAC, Brenden was a recruiter in administrative staffing for a large international firm and worked for several years in business management.  He holds a degree in business administration and played basketball in college.
  •  He enjoys spending his free time with his family and managing their in-home petting zoo.
Evan Steinberg RN, BSN, BA
Director, Field Based Medical Programs
  • Leads TMAC Field-based Medical Programs responsible for management and oversight of key outsourced medical programs such as Medical Science Liaisons, Clinical Trial Liaisons, and Nurse Educator Teams
  • Clinical Nursing background with extensive leadership experience across the biopharmaceutical industry since 2006. Led multiple field clinical/medical teams including device training/education and direct-to-patient education initiatives
  • Supported multiple product launches in orphan and specialty therapeutic areas, while focusing on people development
  • Graduated from Rutgers University, College of Nursing (BSN); Rowan University, Bachelor of Arts, Communications.
  • Resides in NJ with his wife, 2 daughters, and their cavapoo; Evan enjoys the beach, fitness, is a big New York Yankees baseball fan, and plays in a summer softball league
Christy Thompson, PhD
Director, Medical Strategy
  • Leads TMAC Advisors, the consultancy arm of TMAC
  • Responsible for leading Medical Affairs client teams seeking strategic advice, direction, and tactical execution along each stage of product development
  • 18+ years in Medical Affairs and Medical Affairs leadership, including both field and home-office based roles
  • PhD in Pharmacology from Cornell University; BS in Biochemistry from Binghamton University
  • Outside of work Christy enjoys running, puzzling, and the great outdoors with her 2 Vizslas, as well as joining her husband to cheer on her kids (1 boy, 2 girls) during their ice hockey games
Conroy “Tony” Thompson
Director, Human Resources & System Operations
  • Oversees the execution of all compensation functions and operational systems
  • Ensures that the systems and processes that support the organization’s operations are running smoothly and efficiently
  • 15-year veteran of TMAC with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including Benefits and Payroll
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English – Southern University A&M; Graphic Design Certification – Art’s Institute of Atlanta; 13-year U.S. Air Force Veteran
  • Tony enjoys spending time with his family, engaging in anything creative from music production, DIY home renovations, car and bike customizations, and podcasting.
Leslie Vollenweider, PharmD
Director, Field Based Medical Programs
  • Responsible for working with clients to provide oversight and ensure the success of MSL teams
  • Collaboratively identifies the goals and objectives of each program and designs, implements and executes the program strategy necessary for goal achievement
  • 20+ years in MSL and MSL management across small and large companies in various therapeutic areas; prior to that, extensive experience as a community and hospital pharmacist
  • BS degree in Biology from the University of North Georgia; BS degree in Pharmacy from the University of Georgia; PharmD from the University of Georgia
