TMAC Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) are hired based on our client’s therapeutic, clinical and industry experience requirements, further refined by the stakeholders they will engage with and the specific activities that they will engage in.

TMAC MSLs possess specialty experience in multi-therapeutic areas supporting drugs, biosimilars, diagnostics and medical devices.  Our MSLs additionally possess the right balance and blend of scientific acumen, emotional intelligence and business leadership skills enabling them to successfully:

  • Identify and foster relationships with their customers
  • Communicate and share information with internal and external stakeholders
  • Uncover and share competitive intelligence in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Continuously enhance their technical and scientific acumen through the support of TMAC and client training.

TMAC MSLs are fully salaried and benefitted employees of TMAC and are 100% allocated to the clients they are hired to work on behalf of.  TMAC’s flexible model provides its clients with multiple hiring options; including internalization of all or some of the field medical team resources at the conclusion of the program.
