TMAC's MSL Academy™ delivers comprehensive Medical Science Liaison (MSL) training designed to provide invaluable career development for both experienced MSLs and MSLs new to the industry. Training covers the subjects essential to establishing an MSL's scientific proficiency and credibility.

The faculty for the MSL Academy™ is comprised of a diverse group of professionals intimately knowledgeable about the MSL role and includes representatives of the pharmaceutical industry, MSL consultants, legal consultants, Medical Directors and experienced MSLs with proven success. Upon successful completion of the course and evaluation, each graduate of the MSL Academy is issued a Certificate of Achievement.

MSL Academy is only offered to TMAC employees to ensure our clients are served by "best in class" MSL teams prepared to make an impact. It is not available to non-TMAC employees at this time, but plans are underway to utilize a version of this training to prepare individuals interested in a career as a MSL. Stay tuned!
