Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs)

TMAC MSLs are doctoral level and advanced degreed healthcare professionals acting as country and regional extensions of our biopharmaceutical client’s medical affairs departments. TMAC MSLs engage with a wide range of HCP stakeholder audiences answering their clinical questions about the drugs/devices produced by the company and the diseases those drugs/devices treat.

Clinical Trial Liaisons (CTLs)

TMAC CTLs are doctoral level and advanced degreed healthcare professionals who support our client’s global clinical trial needs, focused to providing awareness of a clinical trial ultimately resulting in increased patient enrollment. TMAC CTLs possess strong backgrounds in clinical research and clearly understand the clinical trial process and required country-specific regulations.

Clinical Specialists (CSs)

TMAC CSs are credentialed HCPs working on behalf of our biopharmaceutical clients, providing regional and community level HCPs with educational support including: in-services, technical training and clinical reinforcement messaging. TMAC Clinical Specialists are regional and local extensions of our clients’ medical affairs departments and closely collaborate with their commercial teams.

Managed Care Liaisons (MCLs)

TMAC MCLs are doctoral level healthcare professionals additionally possessing expertise within the area of public health and/or outcomes. TMAC MCLs convey the clinical utility of our clients’ drugs and support the value proposition as to why these drugs should be utilized by payers and their members.

Management & Training

TMAC has a global team of internal FBM Directors and Managers that provide our clients with varying levels of strategic, operational and administrative management oversight. TMAC Directors also facilitate and provide their FBM teams with training at program initiation to ensure that teams demonstrate clinical proficiency.
